Deep Blue Gear offers an amazing Custom Rash Guard program, and with new lower minimums it’s easy to participate.
All custom rash guards are made from scratch at our factory in China. We offer two fabric options; 7 oz. Nylon Lycra, or 6 oz. Poly-pro Lycra. Both fabrics are available in a wide variety of popular colors, body styles - men’s / unisex, women’s, and kids (all in short or long sleeve) in either 5 or 7 panel designs.
Simply choose your body styles, choose your fabric, and choose your colors. Pricing includes 2 custom logo applications.
Order parameters:
- Minimum 200 units per order
- Minimum 100 units per body style
- Two color ways per Body Style
- Minimum 10 units per size – sizing in multiples of 10
- 2 custom logos: Front Chest - (23 cm) and Sleeve (or between shoulder blades) - (6 cm)
- Current lead time – 30 - 45 days
- Price calculated FOB Indiana for domestic customers, or for Caribbean customers pricing includes the cost of FedEx freight to your island
- Small additional cost (one time only) for each of the 2 custom logo screens
